Biggest Loser Challenge

First, I had my first baby in September 2012. He is a cute little boy named Greylan. I am putting together a weight loss group that should only be joined if you are NOT pregnant currently.

Join the biggest loser challenge group that I am putting together! 

Rules:

Cost to join- 20 dollars pp

Why do I pay? The money will go towards a winners pot. At the end of the challenge, the person with the largest percentage of weight loss will win 75% of the pot, and the second runner up will win 25% of the pot.

How long is the challenge? The challenge will be 8 weeks, starting next Monday, April 8th

How will we hold each other accountable? You are all required to attend the first meeting on April 8th at 5pm located at my home in beaverton/hillsboro, and the last meeting on the 27th. You will weigh in, pay the fees, and make goals. You will be able to discuss weight loss/exercise tips and advice with each other. I will make a facebook group to keep in touch, and have bi weekly meetings at my house.

Before photos will be taken at the meeting, and after photos on the last meeting after the 8 weeks.

Weigh ins will occur weekly, but will be done on your own. The final weigh in will need to be done at my house so we can be sure everyone is being honest before handing out prizes.

If interest allows, I will host group workouts once a week on a day that works for everyone.
