Lurker Intro

Hi! I'm mostly going to lurk for a while (and have been lurking), but in case I joined in on threads, I wanted to intro. I don't currently have a child, but I'm TTC. DH and I have been talking for a while and have decided OAD is the best option for us for many reasons.

Unfortunately, my MIL thinks that it is "unfair" and not a good decision. I may have told her today that it's not her decision to make and that the only person that it is "unfair" to is her and that she will have to get over it. That being said, she does not know we're TTC.

Some fun facts:
I'm 24, DH is 28. I work for a credit union but have my degree in Gerontology. DH is an engineer and designs instruments for spinal surgeries. We love to travel and have a special kitty named OJ. I love avocados and Duck Dynasty.

My degree is Gerontology, the study of older adults. I absolutely love it, unfortunately no one in that profession thought I was old or mature enough to know what I'm talking about. That led me to my credit union job, which I love.
