Lower back pain?

For the last 12 weeks my lower back into my butt hurts so bad. Terrible pains. Hurts to lay down and hurts to walk. It usually doesn't start hurting until the evening into the night. About 12 weeks right now..anyone else experiencing this. Is this normal with early pregnancy?

i have lower back pain on and off.  yours sounds like it could be sciatica maybe.  you should try yoga!

Try stretching. I find laying on the floor and pulling my knees to my chest really helps
