Flying during 1st tri- advice??

I have a trip planned for next weekend and I am so nervous about the flight. I've had pretty bad m/s all day everyday. I tend to get a little nauseous during flights anyway, so I'm worried that this is going to be a horrible experience. Does anyone have any advice to get through this? I'll be flying alone.  Thanks!

I brought peppermint gum and ginger candies with me when I flew recently. The ginger candies seemed to really help me.

I just flew at my 8 week mark. It was from NYC to CA so about 6hrs?  My m/s was pretty bad but I just made sure I had little snacks with me to help control it. Trick is to not be too full or too empty. I also took my own bottled water on the plane si
