Any nursing moms had the flu? I've felt barfy on and off all day. I'm afraid what I'll do for feedings if it turns into something worse. Did you nurse when sick? Pump? Supplement??

I got realllllllllly sick around week 2 and kept pumping. Throwing up, intense stomach pains, chills and diarrhea. Baby didn't get sick. I've also heard it's good to keep going while sick
