I feel I have gotten the hang of temping but this double temp stumps me.
At 2:15am my temp was 96.8.
At 6:15am my temp was 97.9.
Both temps had more than 3 hours of sleep behind them. I did both because I have been temping when I first wake this cycle due to jet lag. Bit tonight I only woke the one time, so I temped again the second time I woke. But. Both are so drastically different. Is it possible I O'd in the night?
Keep which ever one is closest to your normal temping time your temps change all through the night which is why staying as close to normal time as possible is important.
