Is it possible to have a reaction almost two weeks after the spinal. I have a horrible headache.

    I had a terrible headache a week after my spinal. My OB said to drink coffee and take excedrin migraine. Worked great! She said it was too late for it to be a spinal headache.

    Me too.  I am drinking coffee and took xtra strength tylonel. Someone suggested the pain med may be causing the headache.
