I have been cutting way back. No more soda, no more snacking at work during the day, and smaller portions at dinner time. I have lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks (just weighed myself this morning) - 10 more to go. I am craving a candy bar right now. I need the motivation to talk myself out of it. Why oh why is dieting so darn hard!?!
