XP: help getting my milk supply to replenish faster

Hi ladies! ive been lurking alot lately but not posting because my computer is broken so I'm on my phone! Hope you're all well!!

I've been having supply issues though I'm starting to think it's less related to quantity and more related to my seemingly slow replenish speed. I'm currently using domperidone 4 tabs 3xday, fenugreek 2 capsules 2xday, and mothers milk tea 1xday. These have "seemed" to help my supply but I'm not honestly sure. I don't seem to replenish as fast or as well as I would think though.

For example: DD slept longer then normal last night so I pumped figuring I would still have plenty for her morning feeding which is the only time of day I'm engorged and leaky! but, by the time she woke up 3 hours later, It seemed like my tanks were empty and she struggled to be satisfied. This has happened a few times and makes me reluctant to pump. but because I'm having supply issues, the overnightmorning time is really the only time I can to have anything to keep in reserve.

I've read everywhere that I should pump so the breast is empty and when she doesn't eat or doesn't empty the breast but this seems to result in me having nothing left, even sometimes hours later.

Anyone else experience this? Any ideas?

Thanks! Ps on my mobile so apologies for bad formatting!

Try pumping after she eats.  Then she is already done and it "tricks" your body into thinking baby is still eating, which will tell your body to produce more milk at that time in the future, if you consistently pump at that time for a few day

I haven't posted on here in quite a while (getting used to a new baby), but I'm on the same (domparidone 4x/day that is), and I pump after baby girl eats. I also single side feed only and we supplement with a bottle, especially if she's had a fussy feed (
