Unlatches after 5 minutes

Any ideas as to why?

She will latch and nurse great for 5 minutes, then will unlatch and scream and cry rather than latch back on.

This is new as we're trying to reestablish bfing after eping (with a 1-2 nursing sessions a day). Previously, LO would nurse for 10 min or so on only 1 side, often with a shallow latch.

Any chance she's full? When pumping, do you get a lot of milk right after you let down? My DS was like that. After doing a weighed feed, I found out he took 4 oz in 7 minutes.

I would love for this to be the answer, but two weighed feedings last week showed she got an ounce in 5 min, and another ounce after 10 (I celebrate if she goes 10).

 

LO is almost 8 weeks.
