ticker help please

how do I delete/change my ticker? I've tried deleting the code in "edit my avatar and signature" already

You have to push the save button an umpteenth amount of times for it to work.

If it doesn't, just keep trying. Eventually it'll submit to your whim. It takes perseverance.
