Hi everyone this is my first time posting on this board. I have an 18 month old ds and im due with another boy. Last night I went out to a fish fry with my friends 6 month old and my 7 year old step daughter. it was so overwhelming! My mom and brother were there but I swear they made it worse. Is it much easier when it is your own kid? Do you use a baby carrier.all the time to make it more manageable?

    At that age you just described, I used my Ergo all the time. I would back carry my DS so that I had 2 hands free with my DD. I do think it's easier with your own kids. You find a rhythm that works for you and your LOs eventually.

    Did you also get a double stroller? Im a little new to the baby carrier. I never wore my oldest. I picked up a beco Gemini from the secondhand store.
