Does anyone swaddle during naps? It seems that it's the only way I can get him to nap besides in my arms. Anyone else swaddling for naps? Is it ok to do this?
We swaddle at night and for DD's long nap that she takes in the late morning. If I don't swaddle her, she wakes herself up very quickly with her flailing arms. I'm hoping she grows out of that soon.

Swaddling for DD's long daytime nap hasn't affected her nighttime sleeping at all. She generally STTN and still takes a 2 to 2.5 hour nap around lunchtime while swaddled.
