Poor kiddo :(

So of course I am on vacation this week, and had fun activities planned--and my daughter gets sick. We took her to the pedi on Wednesday and was diagnosed with a nasty cough/congestion and an ear infection. Yesterday, her congestion was so bad that her eyes were watering throughout the day. 

For the most part since Wednesday, she has been wanting to lay on the couch/our bed and watch TV. She gets a burst of energy every hour for about 10 minutes and then just crashes again.

I joked with DH that this is what it is like to have a mellow kid.

She is still sleeping now. I heard her get up and play in her crib while DH was getting ready for work--around 6:30ish or so. I never take her out of the crib before 7 when I am off, and by the time I was ready to--she fell back asleep.

And of course, I need to run to the food store to make some things for this weekend, and can't get there.

I just hope she starts feeling better soon.

Oh I know. She is super cuddly. 

Apparently they made a feature length Barney movie years and years ago--which is probably the worst thing ever. She saw it on netflix, and is in love. All she wanted to do was watch that and Play with Me Sesa

DD had a nasty virus last week and actually asked to go back to bed one morning, it was so sad, i had never seen her like that.
