(Sorry if this was recently posted...I thought I saw a post on it, but then couldn't find it!)
On the hitting post below some people mentioned time outs...I was just wondering, for those of you who do time outs - how do you do them? (Where does LO go / how long / what do you do before and after the time out / what's your overall experience been with time outs / etc?)
