Microsoft Excel ladies (NTTCAL related)

I need an Excel Pro...  I'm trying to enter a price in a column and cannot figure out a formula on how to do it...  I'll try to type what I'm saying and will take any advice any of you fabulous ladies can give me!  

I have two spreadsheets, one that has current pricing for products and one that NEEDS the current pricing entered in.  I'm trying to do an =IF Formula but can't get it work....  Essentially, If Product Code in Sheet 1 cells C4:C177 matches the Product Code in Sheet 2 cells C4:C177 then I want the price that is in Sheet 1 in Cells H4:H177 entered into sheet 2 cells H4:H177.  I hope this makes sense...  

There are additional products on Sheet 1 so I can't just copy and paste the cells...
