vitamins?

I've been thinking about giving Ava a daily multivitamin, just to "fill in the gaps" of what she doesn't eat on a daily basis.
Is this a crazy idea? Is she too young? Are there vitamins available for 16 month old toddlers? All of the ones I found said 2 or older.
At home, I feed her as healthy as I can. She loves fruit, cheese, yogurt, raisins, noodles with sauce, soup. My mom babysits her during the day while we are at work and I know she gives her a lot of junk food.

  • I give DS a liquid multi- vitamin. We're at the inbetween stage where all the liquids aren't providing everything LOs needs because they are over a year, and then most chewables don't start dosing until age 2. I still do the liquid that I found at my loca

  • I have been curious about this as well. DD is a good eater, but has definitely started a small picky stage and I know it obviously wouldn't hurt her to add more vitamins to her diet. I plan on asking my pedi about it at her 18 mo appt.

  • I need to talk to my doc about vitamins.  DS1 only regularly eats cheerios, fruit, and corn.  Somedays he likes meat, cheese, and other veggies, and other days he doesn't like any of it.
