Moving to the nursery

When/how did you move lo into their own room? Annabelle currently sleeps in a R&P in our room but now that she's generally only waking up once a night I'm starting to wonder when we should move her to her own room and how exactly to go about doing it. We still have a hard time putting her down in anything but the R&P so I don't know how we'd get her into her crib so I'm wondering if we should just move her R&P into her room and deal with the crib later on, or try to just get it all over with at once. 

How old was your lo when you moved him/her into her own room and how did you go about doing it? I'd appreciate any advice you ladies have to share. I'm still not even sure I'm ready to move her yet but I'm trying to get an idea of what others did. Also we EBF if that makes a difference, not sure if that influences when others decide to move their los.
