first trimester working out

Hello,

I am newly pregnant and i am wondering what type of exercise is safe to do right now.

    What kind of exercising were you doing before? I was active before getting pregnant, and my doctor said I could continue doing the same things I was doing previously. At 23 weeks, I am still running 18-22 miles a week and doing P90X, crossfit, and weig

    I wasn't given any restrictions by my doctor.  He just said it was beneficial to keep exercising and doing what I was doing.  At 34 weeks I am still doing Pump Classes (though my belly has decreased my range of motion)!  I did drop hard

    I continued to follow my normal exercise routine until I was 38 weeks. I slowed down a little the last month; basically I just didn't push myself at the end.
