Maybe if I type this out here I will avoid a stupid fight later.
DH is on spring break, and my parents are in town visiting. They are currently staying elsewhere, but will be over at our house tonight.
DH took DD to daycare today, so he was home on his own. I asked him to vacuum and put away his enormous pile of clothes that he has left out for ages. He just called to tell me that he vacuumed, but didnt get his clothes put away because he spent 2.5 hours writing thank you notes for a job interview he just did.
So I did the math...he was home alone for at least 8 or 9 hours today. Minus 2.5 hours for the thank you notes. That leaves at least 5.5 waking hours to vacuum and put away the clothes. And no way vacuuming took more that 30 minutes.
Is it ok that I am annoyed? Your clothes have been sitting out for months, and you have a free day - take an hour and put them away so our house doesnt look like a giant hamper!
