First Birthday

We're planning DD's first birthday party.  It will be a bbq in the late afternoon with family friends.  There will be kids of all ages (1-9) and I'm trying to think of some activities for them.  The theme is 'little piggies.'  It will be mid-may and hopefully the temps won't be too hot, but it could be anywhere from 70-80 degrees here.

I don't think I'll be playing any games because DD really won't understand what's going on and because the age range of the kids is pretty spread out. I'll be sticking with activities. I think I will get a bounce house for the older kids (and younger too)

we are doing something similar but having yard games (2 corn hole sets, one for adults and one for the kids) as well as doing a small art activity.
