Oh the pain...is this normal??

I had twin girls via csection on 12/6. I had a spinal headache after and had to get a blood patch and was 'ok' after that. Now I feel like I have pain every day. I will get what feels like gas pain, that is so painful it almost knocks me to the floor and it feels like someone is pulling at my scar from the inside. It's a ton worse during my period. Also, I have some bowel issues. It's usually a bit difficult to go, and there is always blood when I do. No hemorrhoids that I can see. This has only happened since I've had the twins. Anyone else ever deal with this? Should I be going back to the doctor? I was trying to give things a chance to settle but I'm so uncomfortable all the time

I would absolutely go to the doctor.

I didnt have any of the pain you have that far out from surgery. I wouldnt let it go any longer and call your dr asap.
