Trouble TTC

XP: New FET protocol/Trental

I had my WTF appointment today and my RE gave me some info on the new FET protocol that he wants to try.  He did not have a lot of answers to offer about why my lining did not develop properly during our last attempt, especially since my estridiol levels were well within the range that he wanted them to be during each draw and I've never had any lining problems during past cycles.  He wants to cycle me on my own as opposed to being with the group that my RE does once a month.  He said that we won't be on any time frames and will just carry on until we get a good lining.  Why we couldn't just do that before I'm not sure, but whatever.  He's going to give me 3X the estrogen (we did delestrogen IM injections last time) that I had last cycle and add Trental.  Has anyone heard of Trental used in a FET cycle before?  My googling has found some information of its use in FET cycles to increase circulation and one post about my clinic specifically using it in resistant cases.  I'm supposed to hear from my nurse tomorrow to get my specific calendar, so hopefully we can start soon since we're not waiting for the cycle group!  I'd love to hear if anyone has used Trental before and what it was like.  TIA!
