Rash on face lasting over a week

DS1 has never shown any signs of a FA, but the past couple of months, we noticed he got little red bumps around his mouth but would go away in a couple of days.  This last time, he's had a lot of small red bumps around his mouth and they've been there for over a week.  He has no other symptoms.  He hasn't had any new foods lately, but he did eat a lot of strawberries right around the time he got this latest rash.  I can't remember the other times.   They have definitely improved, but not sure if this is a sign of a FA or something else.  Any suggestions would be helpful.  Thanks!
