What do I say?

One of my sorority sisters just gave birth to twins at 29 weeks.  Unfortunately, the little boy didn't make it.  I want to say I'm sorry but congratulate her on her little girl at the same time (she is apparently doing well).  What should I say?  I feel so terrible for them but I've never had to send a card to someone who lost a child and gained a child at the same time.
