I bought mine from Amazon. They were Yummi brand and I believe I got 6 for $15. They're a pain in the butt to fill but other than that I like them. I like the eco-friendly aspect of the reusable. I still buy the ready made, store bought kind too.
I bought the infantino pouch maker that squeezes the homemade stuff in for you. Their pouches are not reusable, but I think other pouches are capable of being used with the contraption. It's only around 25 bucks and super easy to use.

I am so jealous of all you pouch loving kids. My daughter can't stand the pouches. She actually likes the food in there, just not the pouch itself. So she eats it in a bowl with a spoon--which completely defeats the purpose of a pouch and being lazy.</
