ttm about pain relievers for kids

so dd is cutting her two year molars while seeming to have a lingering sinus infection. naturally we've had a fun few weeks. lol. i do give her pain medication like tylenol/ibuprofen when she gets fussy. for some reason, it gives her gas. during the day, it's nbd--she'll belch/toot and be fine. if i give it to her before bed, she wakes up screaming every hour with horrible gas. if i don't give it to her, she wakes up in pain. i'm damned if i do, damned if i don't.

help. i'm going to die of sleep deprivation if i don't sleep soon.
