in a different post a day or so ago fellow bumpies recommended Taking Charge of Your Fertility and I am definitely going to check it out. But is there a book that combines learning my cycle and my body AND ways to prepare my body for pregnancy (i.e. exercises I can do now that will strengthen my body for pregnancy and labor, vitamins, etc.)? Or does Taking Charge of Your Fertility also talk about that?
What other books did you read pre-pregnancy? (if any?)
I've only heard negative things about What to Expect When You're Expecting...why is this?

TCOYF talks about what goes on inside your body. I was amazed by the stuff I didn't know about my cycle.
