Re: Calories

  • I only count calories if I am trying to lose weight.  If I am counting, I try to stay around the 1500-1700 calorie range.  I drop weight pretty fast when I do cut my calories back, and only count them for about 7-10 days in order to lose 2-3

I stick to 1800 calories per day. Sometimes I go over a little but that is my target. I use MyFitnessPal to track them.
