Hands free pumping

When pumping at work do you use a hands free bra? If yes, do you pretty much need to get completely undressed from the waist up? This seems like a huge pain.

I pumped for a year with DS and just lifted my shirt and wedged the flanges into my nursing bra. But I still usually needed one hand to hold the flanges. I got some new bras for this time around that are not going to work the same way as before.

yes, i use the hands free bra at work.  i try to wear button shirts or tanks (along w/a cardigan) that have a good stretch where i can just pull down the tank and unbuckle my nursing bra and zip up the pumping bra.  our room is also pretty cold,

I wore a nursing bra and used the Pumpease handsfree bra.  I could just pull up my shirt, drop open the nursing bra cups, and clip the Pumpease over the top.  It was super easy.
