I am 22 weeks preg with twins. I have a similar pain but does not seem to be as severe as yours. It was related to nerve clusters being pressed on when moving with all the expanding down there. Hope you are ok and feeling better.

I've had similar pain since about 18 weeks, but it is rarely so bad that I can't lift my leg. I do have to sit down at times b/c it hurts so badly. My doc said RLP but it feels different to me.

Yes!! I've had this problem suince very early on in pregnancy. I'm 31 weeks and it hasn't gotten better at all. Mine is most severe when I go to bed...anytime I have to roll over or get up out of bed, I feel like I'm getting kicked in the crot
