My DD had her 6 month appt last week. Doctor said we can start solids. I introduced oatmeal cereal. I mixed one tablespoon of it with 2 tablespoons of my breatmilk. She's eating it alright a couple times a day. I still feed her breastmilk along with solids.
After introducing solids, she hasn't pooped for 3 days. She normally poops everyday. I hear it's common for babies to be constipated after introducing solids. I've tried all the usual things like massage her belly, bicycle kicks, warm bath, juice and water etc but still no poop. She's still eating and sleeping well. How long should I let her go before taking her to see the doctor?
