MSPI...dairy trial question

Hello it has been awhile since I posted anything with DD2's MSPI.

Over the last week or so we have really upped my dairy intake to see how DD2 would respond to it. With small quantities she was fine. So, over the weekend we did pizza and cream cheese. Now her BM has gone back to mucous mess. And she had 3 BM's just yesterday alone.

However, that is the only thing we are noticing as far as a reaction. She is very content and doesn't act like she is in pain...just the gross diapers! I am making a call to the pedi gi today to get some insight, but any from here until I can get ahold of them would be appreciated.
