16 weeks - 8 full pay, 8 unpaid

Second child:  12 weeks (C-section gave me an extra 2 weeks paid)

20 weeks-8 weeks STD and 12 weeks FMLA (6 paid/6 unpaid).  I'm in CA though and they have very liberal maternity laws for parents.  Then I went back p/t (3 days/wk).

This time I will most likely take the 8 weeks STD (c-section) and 6 weeks paid FMLA leave.  We can't afford for me to be off for 6 weeks unpaid again.
