Babywearing and clogged ducts?

So I finally got the Moby figured out!  I've loved have DD in it, but I think it is giving me clogged ducts.  Has this happened to anyone else?  I hate to stop wearing her, but I'm deathly afraid of mastitis...

Some women do have a problem with clogged ducts if the carrier hits them wrong.  Make sure you have the fabric spread instead of bunched - folding works well if it's too wide coming over your shoulders.  Also make sure you've evenly tightened
