After pains

How long do after pains usually last? My daughter is two months old today and I am still having occasional mild cramping while BFing. Does that seem odd?

    My after pains have been completely gone for a couple of days. My pelvis still aches sometimes when I'm lying down but I had SPD for a good portion of my pregnancy so I imagine its something to do with that.

    It has to be different for everyone.

    I am three weeks pp and I still get them and it increases bleeding when it happens too
