Gift idea for second baby girl

My friend is having her second baby girl next month. The first is 18 months. What's a good gift to get her since she already has so much baby girl stuff?

    Diapers, Wipes, bath stuff, extra baby towels. I have a 3 year old and a 1 year old. I still use the hooded towels for my 3 year old. Does she have a baby carrier? With one under 2, maybe she is planning to baby wear and push the other one...

    For DD#2, we got personalized things - burp clothes, blanket, stool, tote bag.
