DH is off this Friday and next Friday.  We'd like to do Please Touch Museum in Philli one of the days.  I'd really like to go this Friday, but I'm not sure if it would be really busy if alot of people have off.  I'm thinking all the schools will be closed so there won't be any school groups.  Spring break weeks vary alot, so I know alot of schools will be off next week, but not everyone.

No, I teach public school and we have a holiday.  Some years, we don't get off for Easter, it just depends on how the calendar works out.  DH works in accounting for an oil company, and they have to work.  DC is closed.

School might be closed, but around here, the aftercare programs are open all day on certain no-school days, and they tend to do field trips to places like that. I don't know if the museum would tell you if they have a lot of school groups booked, but i

This is the one holiday that the market is closed but we are open (I work for an investment company), however I'm taking the day, and "swapping" it for Memorial day (since we never go anywhere, and almost everyone has that day off).

We are not closed, however, it is a paid holiday and I'm taking my holiday on Wednesday and not Friday. Others are getting their holiday the week after, because of scheduling.

The only times my office closes is Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Years Day and Easter (but only because we are already closed on Sunday).
