Diaper bag organization?

Hello ladies, I was wondering if you could share your ideas for what you take and how you organize your diaper bags when on the go! I'm just talking like out and about for a few hours to run errands, get groceries, etc. How many diapers would you take for that (and what kinds), do you take disposable wipes or cloth? And what kind of wetbag do you prefer? Any other tips or tricks you've picked up? I think I tend to over pack when I took disposables because I'm a "just in case" kind of person, so curious to see how other moms do it with cloth!

I think it really depends on the age of your kiddo, and what diaper system you use. I am mobile bumping so I can't see if you have an age ticker.

Thanks for the replies! Very helpful and glad to see that changing on the go doesn't seem to really be any more complicated with CD than using them at home is.

I pack a diaper for every 2 hours, then add in an extra diaper on top of that, incase she poops.  If I were to be gone all day long, I'd probably pack 2 extra instead of 1.

I have a JuJuBe BFF diaper bag. In my diaper bag I have:

2 Pull Ups for DD

Shirt and pants as well

Change of clothes for DS
