Nipple concern

When my right nipple is erect there is a small part that looks almost like a blister. I'm worried this will be a problem when I'm nursing or that it's a problem in general? has anyone else ever experienced this?

Does it hurt? I would just bring it up with your OB/MW at your next appt if it isnt hurting or oozing. PS I have a skin tag on mine and its weird... I want it removed.

Perhaps you could be referring to Montgomery Tubercles?

It's a common nipple change in pregnancy that you may just be noticing. They appear as extra bumps but are actually a small gland that secretes an oil to keep nipples supple during breastfee

It doesn't hurt, it's only tender like the other one. So far no oozing or leaking just weird looking!
