I prefer the full Elliot rather than Eli. And I can't think of another one. Unless... You did an initial nn. For example, if his middle name was John or some other J name, his nickname could be EJ, which I think is cute.

We call our Elliot "E" occassionally. That's it- I don't think his name lends itself well to a nickname (which I like).

Mine goes by baby E or Ellie. ( yes he's a boy) Ellie goes with his brothers NN so it fit for our family.
