Inlaw (Vent)

Last night my inlaw called to ask if we wanted to get together with them and BIL and GF to celebrate everyone's birthdays. MIL, FIL, BH, BIL, and LOs. DH told that that I already had plans and we couldn't make it. I am going out to dinner tonight with a bunch of girlfriends and made these plans a while back. We rarely are able to all get together. MIL responded back right away well you (meaning DH) and LO can still come. DH looked at me and I just responded whatever just go. I didn't feel that I could keep them from going since I wasn't going to be home anyway. Well, today I'm really upset/hurt about it. DH and LO just left to celebrate his side of the families birthdays and I'm home alone for a few hours before getting ready. Kind of sad mostly just upset. Thanks for listening!!!
