I'm sorry.  I think guys' perspective of "family time" is different than girls.  My H thinks it's appropriate to let me play with DD by myself while he sits on the couch and looks at FB on his phone or plays some phone app games the whole time.

I feel ya. All DH wants to do when he is home is veg out in front of the tv but complains when I ask him to help out. I'm glad it will be warming up soon so we can go on hikes, picnics ect.

It really does get better with age.  I can't totally related because DH has always been really involved, but it just felt like I did most of the leg work when Logan was little while he only played with him.  But, now that Logan is 4 I can lea
