May be a stupid question Re: Carrier

So I just got my Mei Tai carrier, and today while we were out we just brought the stroller and the carrier and DH pushed the stroller with the diaper bag in it, while I wore LO. This seems silly, but I just am not sure what would be a better way to lug all the baby crap around...my only thought is maybe to use a backpack? What do you all do while you're out and about? TIA!

Depending on where I am in relation to the car, I seldom lug stuff with me. I have changes of clothes and all sorts of extras in the car...but in my purse I carry a nappy and some wipes. I might also have a couple of kid friendly snacks depending on wh

Same as pp.  Unless you are going to a day at the zoo or museum or whatever, leave all that stuff in the car!  I keep a ziplock containing another ziplock of wipes, one diaper for each kid, and a teeny bottle of hand sanitizer in my purse.&nb

I pack lightly - usually just a spare diaper and wipes for baby.  I use a non-diaper bag messenger style bag most of the time since I mostly back carry.  If we are on a day long trip and DH is along, one wears a kid and one a backpack with stuff

I carried a backpack or bag small enough to carry by hand.  It's a good reason to minimize the stuff you carry.  All that stuff in your bag you didn't use the past two trips?  Take it out!

We don't have a car and take public transportation everywhere, so if I'm out on my own for a long day and need a ton of stuff (a full day's worth of cloth diapers takes up A LOT of room), I often resort to babywearing while pushing a diaper bag in a strol

I just use my regular ole diaper bag.
