Im 32weeks but wanted to know if its ok to be doing squats?? Anyone still doing them

I do them every day for stretching, not for strength. I get down and stay down, to open my hips and release my low back.

They are very good for you. Not only will they help to open things up, but they will strengthen muscles that you will use during labor.  Squat away!

Great for your pelvic floor too. Better than kegels I have read.

I still do them.  If you're worried about balance you could always hold on to something.

This is what I do too. I hold on to the back of my couch so I don't fall over!

I do them regularly as well. I do the deep squats like they teach you in birthing classes.

Yup.  I squat daily, but not with weight.

Yes. I do them without weight. Been feeling pressure in my lady bits when I do them but I think that's from the swelling. I do them to try and retain some strength and to keep things mobile.
