Ccrm consult done. Please help me! *long*

So, here's the scoop. Had my phone consult today with ccrm. It was pretty short, but I didn't really have a lot of questions either. To make the story short, my main question was why with my decent FSH (was 6.2 for ivf #1) and AFC 16-20, do I get 4 eggs at retreival? She basically said she thinks I am over suppressed with the bcps.  Which was exactly what I wanted the opinion on. I always have a good AFC but by the time I go through 2 weeks of bcps and go for baseline stims, I have like 10. I never understood that and my current RE refuses to do a cycle without the bcps (I asked because I really in my gut feel like the bcps are a problem, but I've never heard anyone else say this and current RE says bcps are 'definitely not a problem') So know I feel like I'm not crazy:-). She said there are 15 different protocols, many that don't involve bcps.

At my ODWU, theyd do a hysteroscopy, an endometrial biopsy (b/c of my 2 m/c), sperm DNA frag test, etc. She wants to do CCS for sure. Didn't sound like she really recommended the dhea my current RE suggested, but she really didn't want to say. My ODWU could be as soon as 10 days from now if I wanted!!

So, the question is: my current RE which I really do like and trust is giving me a really sweet deal on my next ivf ($6,000!).  We would be trying the antagon protocol (again with 5 or so weeks of bcps first). So, maybe I should stay with her and try a different protocol? I could get almost 4 cycles at that price for the price of one at ccrm and I am comfortable there and it's sooo much easier... Maybe this protocol will be it?

Or.. Go big and go to ccrm , which I hear is about $25k per cycle..  I know, cost shouldn't be my big concern, but we are already out $40,000 cash and $6k sounds sooooo much better. And I'd have to take so much time off work for ccrm. I have my own practice I own (I'm an eye doctor) and I'd have to be away for so long, basically closing my practice for 10 days, which is a huge loss of income, too. Also ccrm won't know if I qualify for the shared risk program they offer until my ODWU (have to have a FSH< 10' and AFC >10, and AMH >1.2).. So I should qualify, but who knows what the numbers are now.

Any helpful suggestions for me? I'd much appreciate it. (And I have to decide by Wednesday or so, which will be cd1)
