I know this is far off, but...
The crib we are using for our daughter was a 'hand me down' from my sister in which she had bought for her first child. She is now pregnant and I feel as though I should give back the crib, although she hasn't asked me about it yet. My sister is due the beginning of October. Do you think that's to early for our LO's to go to a toddler bed? --My daughter is already very mobile so I feel like by that time she will manage to hop out of the crib anyways. I just wanted some input...Thanks!

We haven't talked about it much, but I figure I should atleast think about it if she does decide she wants it back for this new baby. Pack n' Play sounds like a good idea.... thanks
I'm in the "keep them contained as long as possible" camp. My DD1 is still in her crib. If I were you I'd buy a crib if necessary. If you plan on having more kids you'll need it eventually anyways.
