did i read somewhere that it's easier for baby to empty your breast (or to at least get more at a time) than the pump?

i just pumped and got 7oz from both sides in about 20 min...i usually let him feed about 15 per side. so...my question is - is he getting around 7oz each feed? or more or less???

i really only stopped the pump cause the bottle was getting too full!

I don't know.  For me, if baby is eating and stops, and then I pump, I get a lot more a lot faster from her side than from the other side where she hasn't been eating, which suggests to me that my body responds to her better than the pump.  But
