Toddler addicted to milk

My 2 year old has begun wanting to drink milk all day to where he's not even drinking water, whereas he used to be a great water drinker.  He also has a new sibling & sees her drinking milk in the bottle.  I don't know if I should cut him off somewhat, or even how to do that.  His comprehension is great but he has a speech delay & really can't talk.  Advice??

My LO did that same thing when DD2 was born. We got to the point where we were going through 3 gallons a week, and I only use milk in my coffee so that was between her and DH. DD2 is now 3 months old, and DD1 has gone back to drinking other things besides

I wish my toddler would drink milk period. She would only drink it in the bottle, I took away the bottle and now she won't drink milk. Maybe give some skim milk during the day and whole milk once or twice a day

Just don't give it to him.  If he asks for it, explain he can have water and a healthy snack.  If he's hungry he'll eat it and if not he won't.  I think it's also fine to explain that he's a big kid and therefore gets to eat lots of things

I have to tell him no a lot. He would drink milk and then not eat anything. Now he has to eat something before he can have milk. Sometimes when he asks for it, I'll try to redirect him and he forgets about it. I think it's become a habit for him to always
