Sleeping through the night

Our baby is 9 months old, and was sleeping through the night, then this past week starts with getting up every 4 hours to feed.  Has this happened to anyone else? Is it temporary?  Its so hard to get a taste of sleeping through the night and then go back to every 4 hours!

    Could be going through a growth spurt, or teething. It happens. DS is 16 months old, and goes through spats of not STTN. They go back to their routine once whatever threw it off stops.
